Terms & Conditions

a. Hutch Tune Services are tune-based services provided by Hutchison to customers of Hutchison.
b. By using the Services, the Customer accepts and agrees to be bound and abide by these Terms, the General Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy. If the Customer does not agree to these Terms, the General Terms and Conditions, and the Privacy Policy, the Customer must not access or use our Services.
c. By using the Services, an agreement is concluded for an indefinite period (the “Agreement”).
d. The Customer may terminate the Agreement by unsubscribing to the Services.
e. The Customer certifies that he/she is a private person.
f. The Customer is not allowed to use Hutch Tune Services commercially.
g. The Customer should be above 17 years old to use and enjoy the Services.
h. The Customer is given non-exclusive, non-transferable rights to access and use content provided in the Services, in a limited manner in accordance with the terms and conditions for using application content on the Services.
i. The Customer shall not modify, publish, send, transfer, sell, make derivative works, or in any way utilize any of the content of the application, in whole or in part obtained from the Services.
j. Hutchison will not be responsible for any changes or withdrawal of content from the services.
k. In no event shall Hutchison be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our Services.
l. Hutchison is entitled at any time to amend or supplement these Terms and any related provisions (e.g. Privacy Policy and the General Terms and Conditions). Hutchison shall publish any amendments to these Terms on its website and may also use other means of notification (e.g. SMS, newsletter, pop-up). If the Customer makes use of the Services after any such publication or notification, then the Customer shall be deemed to approve the amended terms as of the date of publication or notification to the Customer.
m. This service will not be available for the call-waiting.
