| If your account balance is zero for more than 6 months (consecutively) helloTunes service will automatically be de-activated and you would require to activate the service again. |

| Please dial 369 and follow the instructions. All calls to 369 will be charged at the rate of 50 cents + Tax per minute between 12.00 am and 07:00 am and Rs. 1/- + Tax per minute during other time. |
